Panna National Park is spread across the Panna and Chhatarpur districts in northeastern Madhya Pradesh. Created in 1981, Panna covers approx 666 sq km and was declared a Tiger Reserve under Project Tiger in 1994 and is major tourist highlight of Madhya Pradesh Tour Packages .
